There are two ways to apply for AS for Kyowon Wells’ water purifier. You can apply by logging in to the Kyowon Wells website, or you can apply by phone to the Kyowon Wells Customer Center.
If the customer center phone is not connected well or if it is difficult to make a call right away, log in to the Wells homepage and use the [AS reception] menu at the bottom of the screen.

After looking up the customer code, select the AS content, select the date you wish to visit, and make a reservation. Not only water purifiers, but all of Kyowon Wells’ bidets, air purifiers, and water softeners can be requested online.

The customer center number of Gyowen Wells is 1588-4113. The available hours for contacting the counselor are from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and from 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. It is very nice that AS reception is possible on Saturdays as well.

Also, if you are moving, you need to apply for the relocation of the water purifier and bidet. Also, apply through the customer center. Relocation installation is a charged service, and you must make a reservation 1-2 weeks in advance of the moving date to receive the service on the desired date.
