Precautions when purchasing
1) Check whether it is mobile ticketing or general ticketing (on-site ticketing)
There are general ticketing and mobile ticketing routes for Bustago. Reservations cannot choose general ticketing or mobile ticketing.
Mobile ticketing is also called electronic ticketing, and is issued as a ticket with a QR code when paying in the app. When the mobile ticketing pops up, just get on the bus and scan the QR code.
For general ticketing (on-site ticketing), you must issue a paper ticket at the window of the terminal or at an unmanned vending machine before boarding the bus.
