When you connect to the post office internet banking site, the following screen will appear. If you see another screen, please check whether you have entered the postal service area.
As with other banks, to use Internet Banking, you must apply for Internet Banking when you sign up for a deposit. You can use the post office Internet banking with your ID and password when applying, but you can also use it through the registration process of other institutions through the issued certificate.

If you click the Issue Certificate button, you will be prompted to install a security program. Click ‘OK’ to install. If you do not install it, you cannot use Internet banking.
There are many security programs. To use it, please install the security programs by clicking the ‘Download the integrated installer> Install all security programs’ button above.
When installing the program, it may close in the Internet window. When the security program is completed, the Internet window is automatically restored.
When the installation of the security program is completed, return to the public certificate page. We need to issue an accredited certificate to use the Internet banking service, so click ‘Shortcut’ to the right of ‘Issue (Reissuance)’ at the top of the page.
If you already have a certificate from another bank and want to use that certificate, please click the ‘Go to’ button next to ‘Register third-party certificate’.
The terms and conditions for issuing the accredited certificate are displayed. After checking everything once, select ‘I agree’ and click the ‘OK’ button.
After agreeing to all terms and conditions, click the OK button to enter the user ID and resident registration number of the individual user. Enter your user ID and resident registration number and click the ‘Next’ button to complete the issuance of the accredited certificate. In this case, the user ID must be entered when applying for Internet banking at the post office.
If you have not signed an Internet banking contract, please note that you must visit the post office to register the contract. Once issued, the certificate is valid for one year and needs to be renewed every year and can be reissued free of charge at any time.
The universal certificate that can be used for all electronic transactions is 4,400 won for individuals and 110,000 won for corporations and groups, and the validity period is the same for one year.
